VIA BEER (Draft + Cans):

Stoner Control Light IPA - Featuring Simcoe, Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops. Clean, hopped up yet crushable to the extreme. 5.8% ABV

Ten Dimensions Hazy IPA — Showcasing a wealth of killer hop varieties (Idaho-7, Vic Secret, Sabro) plus Mosaic Incognito and Citra Spectrum. Quintessentially big, tropical, dank and pillowy. 6.8% ABV

Optimus IT Pils - Clean, delicious and brilliantly clear Italian-style Pils, featuring a killer blend of "S-Hops" -- Spalt Select, Saaz and Saphir. Dry-hopping delivers strong floral pop with an underpinning of herbal/spicy hops and beautiful Weyermann malt. 4.8%

Kings and Daughters (Draft + Cans):

Wildflowers an Italian Pilsner - Kings & Daughters first lager release, Wildflowers an Italian Pilsner. We stuck with an aggressive amount of German hops, Hallertau Mittelfruh & German Tradition, then twisted it up a bit with another aggressive dose of a more modern German hop variety, and a favorite of Kyle's, Hallertau Blanc. A lean, drinkable lager with a bitter hit and nuanced hop profile ranging from floral to black pepper spicy and perhaps a bit of light fruit as well.

Horticulture, Baby! a DDH Pale Ale - in collaboration with Breakside Brewing - We got together with Ben Edmunds at Breakside to brew up a fun, low ABV, hoppy banger called Horticulture, Baby! a DDH Pale Ale. We took advantage of our collective knowledge to put together a soft, 4.8% ABV, aggressively hopped pale ale featuring El Dorado Incognito from BarthHaas, El Dorado and Strata CGX Lupulin Pellets from Crosby Hops and Citra and Talus T90 pellets from YCH. A big fruity tropical love fest in a way too drinkable package!

The Conjunction of Two Stars a Crispy Pale Ale - A Kings & Daughters take on a classic NW Pale Ale, The Conjunction of Two Stars is dry, crisp and refreshing. It offers a balanced bitterness with notes of fresh melon, satsuma, lemon zest, and bright pine. The beauty of this beer, and K&D's take on the classic style, is the clean and bright flavors produced by employing the flavor enhancing enzyme, B-Glucosidase. A great beer to drink in session, with friends, at a BBQ!
