Join Fort George Brewery at Mayfly Bottle Shop & Taproom as they tap 3 of the top 11 Barleywines in the US (according to www.beerandbrewing.com) This will be the first time that all three beers have been tapped in Oregon outside of Fort George! Etym (95) was aged for 7 months in 12-year Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels. Ology (99) was aged for 19 months in 14-year Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels. Etymology (96) is a blend of both Etym and Ology. Curated cheese pairings will be available for the first 30 guests. We will also be featuring both the West Coast 3-Way IPA as well as the surprise Hazy 3-Way IPA.
