Appetizer: Pork Dumplings in a braised leek sauce (vegan option available) – Paired with Zoigl-Pils (12 oz glass).
Salad course: Garden Salad in a Zoigl-Weiss Vinaigrette – Paired with Zoigl-Weiss (12 oz glass).
Entree: Choice of Salmon, Flat Iron Steak or Vegan Option, mixed grain rice and either Asparagus or Broccolini (based on availability) – Paired with Haus IPA (12 oz glass).
Dessert: Black Forest Cake – Paired with Zoigl-Black (12 oz glass).
