Upright Brewing is celebrating the opening of the Chaat Wallah food truck at their second location the Upright Beer Station. Chaat Wallah is from acclaimed chef Deepak Saxena, owner of Desi PDX and Masala Lab.

For Portland Beer Week, Upright and Chaat Wallah got together to make a ‘Dry Summer Stout’ which is a real ale served on a cask engine that will be released on Father’s Day, Sunday June 18th at Upright Beer Station.

In celebration Chaat Wallah is making a special Chopped brisket sandwich braised in Upright Summer Stout, Chickpea Miso, Garam Masala. Served on a Dos Hermanos bun with a fennel-carrot slaw, potato chips, garam masala mustard, and spicy green chutney.

The sandwich special will only be available at the food truck from June 18th to June 20th.

Chaat Wallah is open 3pm to 9pm Mon - Fri, Noon to 9pm Saturday and Sunday.
