Grasslands BBQ out of Hood River is coming to town for a pop-up at Grand Fir Brewing from 3-7pm (or until sold out bc y’all be crazy sometimes.) Sam Carroll of Grasslands was a professional brewer before the pandemic, and is back on the brew deck for a CRISP Mexican-style Lager collaboration with Whitney Burnside of Grand Fir Brewing. Grasslands will be slinging some of their favorite smoked meat treats with their good friend co-owner/chef Doug Adams of Grand Fir Brewing and their crew.
