Award-winning collectors from the Bonsai Society of Portland display some of their choicest trees alongside offerings of delicious beers brewed with ingredients often used for the fine art of bonsai. Beers to include:

- Matchless Brewing Bord-Ol Norwegian farmhouse ale (juniper)
- Finnriver Forest Ginger cider (fir and apple)
- Propolis Spruce Saison (spruce)
- Wolf Tree Brewery Spruce Tip Ale (spruce)
- Block 15 Brewing Co. Spellbound barleywine matured in Maple Bourbon Barrels (maple and oak)
- Alesong Brewing and Blending Pomme & Oak farmhouse ale (apple and oak)
- Bend Brewing Co. Ching Ching sour ale (pomegranate)
- Jester King Brewery El Cedro farmhouse ale (cedar)

NOTE: This is event is raising funds to help Imperial’s co-owner, Shawn Stackpoole, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2018.
