Pizza Thief is bringing back Block 15 Brewing collaboration "NW White Pie" with fresh crab for Sunday night’s 2023 Portland Beer Week closing party. The Sicilian-style slice was featured at the kickoff party where it sold a record number of slices and sold out in a short time. Based on Block 15 founder Nick Arzner's all-time favorite snack, this slice is made up of sourdough bread, cheddar mornay sauce, butter, parsley, garlic bread crumbs, grana, chives, olive oil, and fresh dungeness crab.
