Block 15 Brewing is bringing 4 new beer releases and 4 barrel-aged beers, and Imperial is pairing them with 4 flavors of mini cheesecakes: plain vanilla, lemon, strawberry and double chocolate! • Queen Of Spices Cardamom Stout (double chocolate cheesecake)

Barrel-Aged Beers (cheesecake pairings)

• 2020 Figgy Pudding English Old Ale brewed with black strap molasses and aged in brandy barrels with spices (plain cheesecake)
  

• 2023 Cassidy, released annually to celebrate Block 15's founder/brewer Nick Arzner's first daughter’s birthday, is Wild Farmhouse matured in wine barrels w/spring flowers & honey (lemon cheesecake)
  

• 2019 Willa, brewed to celebrate Nick's second daughter’s birthday, is a Red Farmhouse blended with spontaneously fermented Turbulent Consequence, matured in red wine barrels (strawberry cheesecake)
  

• Kriek Lambic-Style Oak-Aged Cherry Wild Ale (double chocolate cheesecake)

Beers will be available in their 4-beer flights, and by the glass. Cheesecake will only be available as a set of 4 for the pairings. Last time Imperial did this, they sold out of cheesecake within an hour! So this time they will be pre-selling the cheesecake flights so they have enough and you can be assured you’ll get a taste of decadent cheesecake with beer.
