Imperial Bottle Shop & Taproom starts their 10th anniversary celebrations with the release of the first of 10 anniversary beers, Yovu Beer Pacifico NW Dry-Hopped Cerveza Clara! Imperial’s owners recently spent some time in Baja, and wanted to commemorate their time there with a PNW spin on a Baja classic. Pacifico NW is basically a twist on Pacifico, dry-hopped with Motueka and Citra hops for a touch of citrus sunshine.
