Portland Beer Week returns June 9-19, 2016

Today we began rolling-out our new website for the 2016 Portland Beer Week. Most of our features and events have not been posted yet we do have some dates worth marking on your calendar and the opportunity to sign-up for our mailing list for updates and special offers. The important dates are June 9 – 19th, the dates of our 2016 event schedule which is already becoming our most organized and exciting year yet. Though we are just beginning to assemble our event schedule and imminently announcing our official 2016 collaboration beer and spinoffs we do have a few more marquee events dates to look forward to. Kickoff Party

We are planning our biggest kickoff party yet with mobile carts, ice cream, gourmet sandwiches, and of course lots of killer beer. More news coming soon.

5th annual Rye Beer Fest

The annual charity event returns to the East Burn with expanded space and beers.

Portland Fruit Beer Festival

Monday June 13th @ Bailey’s Taproom

The New School’s New Breweries Showcase

The New School’s 3rd annual New Oregon Breweries Showcase at Bailey’s Taproom features 10 brand new less than a year old breweries from across the state. No cover charge, no tickets, just show up and purchase a beer and meet the brewers!

‘The Love of Beer’ 5 Year Reunion & Women in Beer Gathering

We premiered the Portland made women-in-beer documentary ‘The Love of Beer’ nearly five years ago at the very first Portland Beer Week and for it’s anniversary we are dusting off the video for a reunion with all of the major players. More than just screening the documentary again, we are gathering many of Oregon’s women brewers and both industry and beer advocates for a meet-and-greet before the screening. After the documentary we will have an on-stage Q & A with core members of the documentary and filmmaker Alison Grayson. Stay tuned for more info!

Portland Beer and Cheese Fest

The 5th annual Portland Beer and Cheese Fest moves to the soon to be open Wayfinder Beer in inner eastside industrial district of Portland. The new digs will afford us more room, more food and more cheese plus a first ever VIP hour option.
